What we do
We are a build-to-print contract manufacturer. You send the drawing and material spec, and we quote, machine, heat treat, inspect and ship. We sell no products of our own, so we never compete with our customers.
Machining
30 slant-bed CNC lathes, a SIGMA VT80MA vertical turn-mill, 3 machining centers, deep-hole drilling and cylindrical grinding.
Heat treatment
In-house induction hardening and tempering. We control case depth and surface hardness without sending parts out.
Inspection
Incoming, in-process and final inspection. Hardness, roughness, contour and microstructure checked in our own lab.
